    This one can be used as a breakfast alternative to get your day started the right way or simply enjoyed as a low calorie meal replacement.

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup plain low fat yoghurt
    • 2 cups strawberries
    • 1/2 cup sliced banana
    • 1 cup diced mango
    • 2 tablespoons plain protein powder (whey or vegetable)
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 1 ice cube

    Method

    1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
    2. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy (makes 2 serves)
