Awesome breakfast option or a post workout meal without the sugar. To make a chilled version of this simply freeze your strawberries instead of using ice which only dilutes the flavour.
- 8-10 small frozen strawberries
- 3 fresh strawberries
- 250 mL coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon almond butter
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Put all ingredients into a blender a mix until smooth
- Garnish with coconut shavings and fresh strawberries
