    Ingredients

    • 3/4 cup almonds
    • 1/2 cup coconut butter
    • 4 dates, pitted
    • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
    • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries (you need to freeze your own)

    Method

    1. Combine all ingredients excluding the strawberries in a food processor or blender until everything is well combined
    2. Add strawberries and continue to mix until they are also combined thoroughly
    3. Transfer the mixture into a small tray, press down and distribute evenly
    4. Allow to set in the freezer for 30 minutes or for several hours in the refrigerator
    5. Cut into even slices
