4 scoops chocolate protein powder
2/3 cup flax seed meal or almond meal
1/4 cup water
4 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa or drinking chocolate
1/2 cup stevia (optional)
Place all items in a bowl and mix well until combined. If ingredients become sticky add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until mixed.
Separate mixture into 4 equal parts.
Place separated mixture onto grease proof paper and mould into a bar shape before placing into the fridge or freezer until firm.
Makes 4 bars.
