• Healthy Steamed Dim Sims

    • 500 grams chicken or pork mince
    • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 cup chopped cabbage
    • 1/4 cup carrot, grated
    • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
    • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Wonton wrappers


    1. Combine all ingredients (except wonton wrappers) together in a bowl, blender or food processor. Mix until very well combined
    2. Fill each wonton wrapper with 1-2 tablespoons of filling depending on the size of the wrapper. Fold at the top and seal by adding a little water to the fold
    3. Place in a steamer, a steaming rack or bamboo steamer and cover. Cook for 15 minutes or until filling is fully cooked
    4. Serve with a dipping sauce of choice
