Gluten and virtually fat free. Also a great option to replace bread if looking to cut refined carbohydrates.
Ingredients (makes about 6 wraps)
- 1 cup tapioca flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup virgin olive oil
- 2 eggs
- Blend all ingredients together until completely combined
- Add a small amount of oil to a frypan over a medium heat and cook like pancakes
