    Easy Herbed Chicken

    This is the simplest and easiest way you’ll ever make tasty and healthy chicken. Serve with a salad or vegetables for a complete meal


    • 2 kg mixed chicken pieces
    • 2 tablespoon sea salt
    • 2 tablespoons paprika
    • 2 tablespoons onion powder
    • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
    • 2 tablespoons dried thyme
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • Optional – 1 sliced onion


    1. Remove chicken pieces from packaging and allow to stand at room temperature for 15 minutes
    2. Combine all spices together in a bowl. Mix well and rub all over the chicken pieces
    3. If you are using onion pieces, lay them in the bottom of your slow cooker. Otherwise crumple up some aluminum foil, lay it in the bottom and place chicken on top of it (you don’t want the chicken to boil in the juices)
    4. Cook on low for 6 hours and serve
