• Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Milkshake

    A quick, simple, healthy and tasty option without the guilt. Makes 2 milkshakes


    • 2 frozen bananas (peel and freeze in a freezer bag overnight)
    • 3/4 cup almond milk
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
    • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
    • pinch of sea salt
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 6-7 ice cubes


    1. Place all ingredients into a high powered blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy
    2. Pour into 2 chilled glasses and serve immediatly
    3. Garnish with banana or crushed nuts if desired
