    Chocolate chia seed protein pudding


    • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
    • 1/2 cup almond, soy or coconut milk
    • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
    • 1 tablespoon chocolate protein powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


    1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. This can be either by hand or a blender
    2. Transfer to a bowl and cover
    3. Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving or leave overnight for a quick and simple breakfast
    4. You can top with fresh fruit if desired
