• Breakfast Burrito

    Super fast and super healthy breakfast option


    • 2-4 large slices of sliced deli ham. (You may need 2 pieces per wrap depending on amount of filling)
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/4 cup mixed chopped veggies – can be anything you like – mushrooms, spinach, capsicum, tomato etc.
    • small amount of olive oil
    • diced avocado or salsa (optional)


    1. Heat a small frypan over a medium heat with a small amount of olive oil. Sauté the mixed vegetables to your liking
    2. In a small bowl, whisk eggs and pour over vegetables
    3. Use a spatula to scramble the mixture until the eggs are cooked and everything is combined. Remove from pan
    4. Evenly fill the ham slices with the cooked filling and roll up
    5. Place burrito’s into the pan and cook for a few seconds each side until the ham turns slightly brown
    6. Serve with diced avocado or salsa if desired
