    Ingredients

    • 1 and 1/2 cups orange juice
    • 1/2 mango
    • 1/2 banana
    • 2 tablespoons plain yoghurt
    • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

    Method

    1. Soak chia seeds in orange juice for 10 minutes
    2. Once softened bland all ingredients and serve
